Treatments At Wildflower
FLORENCE AMELIA
Bowen Therapy
Bowen is a non-invasive, hands on therapy that involves gentle rolling movements over the muscles, usually done through light clothing.
Unlike massage it does not involve continuous touch but instead has a sequence of orchestrated moves paired with breaks to allow the body time to respond in a much more effective way.
Available in Wildflower Treatment Room on Wednesdays.

CATHERINE ESWORTHY
Acupuncture
Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to support balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. It involves the gentle placement of very fine, single-use needles into specific points on the body to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes.
People often seek acupuncture to help with pain, stress, headaches, and general tension, while many also find it a valuable way to relax and reset. Treatments are typically very calming, and it’s common to leave feeling lighter, more at ease, and deeply relaxed.
During your appointment, we’ll take time to discuss any concerns or goals you’d like to focus on. Your treatment will then be tailored specifically to you, taking into account your individual needs and how you’re feeling on the day. Whether you’re addressing a particular issue or simply looking to support your wellbeing, acupuncture offers a gentle and effective way to help you feel your best.
Available in the Wildflower Treatment Room on a Monday.
JULIE FALGATE
Homeopathy
Your homeopathy consultations with Julie will give you the time to discuss your symptoms and how they affect you in your daily life. Many things can have an impact on how you are feeling. Your body may need some time to heal symptoms that may have been suppressed. Julie often finds a gentle detoxification approach can be the best start, but your treatment plan will be as individual as you are.
Available in Wildflower Treatment Room
